| Details: | Garren left a message on 12/3/2019 inquiring as to whether or not they needed to submit a final quarterly sample for arsenic for EP-A EP FOR WELLS 1 & 2 to stay in compliance. The wells are seasonal, and they have them shut down for the season. They are also experiencing high arsenic issues that they are trying to address, and know that the sample will test high if submitted. They have one quarterly sample on their chemical scheduling form that is technically supposed to be submitted by 12/31/2019. I spoke with Jay McPherson who advised that they could go through the efforts of submitting the sample, but they could also choose to not submit a sample. They would have a compliance alert in doing so, but that alert would not be punitive, and it would go away when they submitted a sample in the spring. I left a message with Garren on 12/4/2019 relaying these options. | ||
