| Details: | Justin Nelson from Warren Water Association called me and we discussed the Gorin well, from the 1960s which is currently inactive, but the water system is considering putting online again for use. I told Justin that according to the State DWP, they will likely need a Plan Review for the well before it goes online. I forwarded Justin a link via email to the OHA Drinking Water Program's information on the Plan Review process for water systems, and also attached a document from OHA DWP on water systems' Basic Plan Review Requirements. I also told Justin that if he has any documentation that the Gorin well has already gone through Plan Review in the past, that could potentially be applied to this process. I also mentioned that I would go through our Warren Water file here as well to see if we have any records of a previous Plan Review for the Gorin well. However, there is none currently known at this time. We also received the Level 1 Coliform Investigation Form for Warren Water Association which I reviewed, approved and forwarded to the Oregon DWP compliance department by email. |
