| Details: | Send an email to contact and operator of this system. Inform them of the routine sample submitted on 12/3/19 was positive for coliform. Request 3 distribution samples and one well sample to be submitted as soon as possible. In addition, I begin a discuss of considering re-applying residual maintenance disinfection. This system was approved for this type of disinfection sometime ago. Will contact OHA-DWS to discover the process. The only chlorine that will be utilized at this time will be for shock chlorination. | ||
