Details:	System received an alert for total coliform and already took their repeat samples which also came back positive for TC. Michael said he wasn't sure why the samples were positive. No work done to the system and no leaking lines. I sent him the Level 1 investigation form and asked him to return it to me once it's filled out. Also discussed plan review approval. Michael will follow up with Rebecca Templin. System currently only has a conditional approval.
