Details:	The City requested help to prepare a funding application to complete a Water Master Plan for their complete water system. A comprehensive water master plan has not been done for nearly 20-years. The Master Plan will discuss the five aspects of a water system: quality (treatment), quantity (water rights and source delivery capacity), storage, and distribution.
