Details:	Harold keeps saying he is working on it, he has come up with several ideas as to why the consistent positives and says he is taking actions however this is the 5th month with positive results for coliform. Dan Hough of OHA plans to do a site visit to see what is going on with the system and operator. County hopes to be on the visit.
