| Details: | Called operator, spoke with staff person, who will relay this message to Helen. I will follow-up with Helen later. It is ok to disinfect system, or work on discovering any other problems that may be causing TC positive results. Advised not to take samples from swivel type faucets. This sample was taken from "kitchen sink". In January, hopefully the issue has been resolved and the operator will need to take three "Temporary Routine" samples in distribution. 12/10/2019 - Spoke with Helen today, advised three repeats in January in distribution. Need to do level 1 investigation, send it completed to me for review (within 30 days of date of letter). Both positive samples were taken from a leaky, swivel faucet at kitchen sink. Discussed proper sample sites. |
