| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator. The operator was made aware that after the last coliform positive results that she was required to take 3 repeats and 1 source sample within 24 hours. The operator explained that the lab had taken two repeats and no source sample. Last week the operator was made aware that she was still required to take the missing repeat and source sample otherwise a level 2 investigation would need to be conducted. Today I was made aware that the repeats and source sample were not taken. An appointment was made with the operator to conduct a level 2 investigation. | ||
