| Details: | Today phone and email contact was made with the system operator. The system recently switched from using their well to using city water without notifying Oregon Drinking Water Services. During that time the firm drilled their existing well deeper without notifying Oregon DWS and recently contacted me to switch back to their well. Today it was discussed that the facility must submit a preliminary arsenic, nitrate, and coliform that are absent or below the MCL before they can switch back to their well. It was also discussed that the deeper well must undergo plan review with a plan review engineer. This contact information and plan review fee schedule were provided to the facility through email. | ||
