Details: The contract operator and city manager were notified 12-11-19 of the TTHM MCL exceedance on November 14, 2019. The contract operator was also reminded of the OEL requirement that is not been satisfied from the previous TTHM MCL exceedance on September 5, 2019 and corresponding LRAA. The system was notified of the need for an examination of system treatment and distribution operational practices. The contract operator was also supplied the OEL template.

The water system was originally notified of the OEL requirement on 10-14-2019 via letter.
