| Details: | Mr. Hannum has provided me with the ordinance/enabling authority which was an unresolved deficiency for this system. I have forwarded a copy to the crossconnection email. Also, DWS online continues to show a second listing for this deficiency as well as a deficiency for no raw water sample tap. Could you please mark the no raw water sample tap as corrected on 1/9/19 as I issued it in a contact report, and mark all ordinance deficiencies as resolved today 12/11/19. |
