| Details: | Called the operator & left a message to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know that a level 2 coliform investigation will be triggered. The operator serviced the UV unit. I asked him to check on the UV unit. If its operating properly, a chlorination might be needed to resolve the presence of coliform after the unit. |
