Details:	* Steve Wabschall and Sloan Nelson stopped by our office yesterday 12/12/19, to discuss know why a Plan Review was required for the currently inactive Well #2, after the well had been registered as part of the system in prior years. * None of us could find Plan Review for Well #2. They did take a large number of samples for SOCs, VOCs and Coliform (total/e. coli) which I was given records of. * Their argument was: If Well #2 was included as part of the system for years since 1998, why they all of a sudden have to go through Plan Review. * My question was: would Well #2 have been approved without 2019 Plan Review steps/process, by 1998 standards? * Sloan asked about setting up a time to discuss this situation with me and a member of the State Drinking Water Program to figure out the next steps. I said I would try to schedule that discussion, possibly by a phone conference call.
