Details:	Operator had taken 6 temporary routine samples for coliform. 3 from each previously positive site. Operator has worked with water service to locate problem. UV sleeve was fouled with mineral deposits. Sleeve cleaned and repeats taken. These will be sent to state because they were marked repeats. Operator needs to take 3 temporary routines in distribution in January 2020. Operator was confused by wording on Coliform Response Chart. Reviewed chart as well as online data under "Coliform Sampling Schedule"
