| Details: | On 12/17/19, Mr. Price left us a voice-mail requesting technical assistance regarding water quality parameter testing relating to the newly constructed corrosion control water treatment plant. On 12/18/19, we returned Mr. Price’s call and provided technical assistance. We directed Mr. Price to submit written notice to the Oregon Health Authority, Drinking Water Services (DWS) program, that the construction of the treatment plant is completed. Following notification, DWS will complete the formal plan review process by sending a final approval letter to Cascade Locks public water system. The letter will detail water quality parameter testing requirements moving forward. |
