| Details: | I left Mr. Kammerer a voice mail regarding the recent alert for an annual nitrate test that is above 50% the MCL. I informed him that he would be on a quarterly sampling schedule for nitrate starting January 2020. I completed a change of chemical monitoring schedule request and submitted it to DMCE. | ||
