| Details: | On 12/16/19 the facility explained through email that they have been supplementing their well water with hauled municipal water. At this time it was explained that the hauled water must go through plan review with OHA Drinking Water Services. On 12/19/19 I received an email from James MacPherson with DWS stating that hauled water does not require plan review. |
