| Details: | I emailed responsible parties at Bauman's regarding the overdue Significant Deficiency at the water system. Specifically, when the system initially submitted to plan review in 2007, they indicated that they were only using their South Well, not their East well. During the 2019 survey, it was discovered that the two are intertied, and both are used for potable water. The East well still needs plan review. I emailed the system this information along with a copy of their 2007 Water System Survey, information regarding their 2007 Plan Review, and information about plan review, including a link to the OHA plan review webpage. | ||
