| Details: | I received an alert for a single pH Excursion on 12-13-19. The system is allowed up to 9 excursions in a 6-month period and has only 2 Excursions in the past 6 months. Troy sent me the monthly form on 12-4-19, which has a pH of 4.5 reported for 9-10-19. The pH was 7.8 on 9-9-18 and 7.4 on 9-11-19 did not drop below 7.2 for the entire month of Sept 2019, with the exception of the 4.5 reading on 9-10-19. I e-mailed the reporting form back to Troy to ask for clarification on this result to see if it was a typo in the electronic reporting form or if there was an equipment malfunction that caused such a low result. Troy e-mailed back on 12-30-19 to report that there was a transcription error in transferring the results recorded in their bench sheets to the compliance reporting form. The pH on 9-10-19 was originally recorded as 7.5 on the bench sheet, not 4.5 as recorded on the compliance monitoring form. I submitted the bench sheet to our data management group as evidence of the erroneously reported results. | ||
