Details:	Jim Solvedt from Polk County contacted Civil West to provide on-site support for a routine county inspection of the water system. The system tested positive for total-coliform on 12/15/2017 during a routine sample. Civil West provided on-site support for Addivia Water System during a routine county inspection of the system. In addition to providing on-site support, which included working with Jim from the county to determine how the system operates, Civil West produced a report outlining the need for and cost of installing and operating a chlorine injection system. installed. A brief tech memo will be developed that outlines how hyochlorination works, the costs associated with the treatment technique, and local contacts for the installation of a hypochlorination system.
