Details:	12/24/2019: Amy BLEEKMAN attempted to contact the operator via phone and left a voicemail with information regarding the positive e-coli samples and instructions to take five confirmation source samples. Update 12/27/2019: A voicemail was left on the phone-number for the memorial community church. The voicemail instructed the system to take 5 confirmation samples immediately from the source, and to contact Lane County Drinking water program as soon as possible. A call-back number was left on the voicemail.
