| Details: | Noticed a 2019 nitrate sample was missing from their sampling log. Called the bar and was transferred to Cameron, the new head chef that is taking over Nick's position. Cameron was unaware of the nitrate sample requirement but had the bottles on-site from Water Lab. Discussed sampling techniques and completing the sample before the end of the month. Cameron said he would contact Nick if questions come up. | ||
