| Details: | November 22, 2019, I found Tim at Millicoma River Parks & Rec (AKA Allegany Community Center) and gained access to water system components for this report. Considering the September 2019 Level 2 investigation, with one exception, all obvious defects have been corrected. NOT YET ADDRESSED: A SHOE BOX TYPE LID FOR THE CISTERN THAT WILL PREVENT BOTH WATER ON TOP OF THE CISTERN FROM ENTERING THE CISTERN AND ALSO PREVENT ACCESS TO THE CISTERN VIA THE HATCH BY MACRO ORGANISMS. Seeking to clarify the need to address the cistern access John was emailed on 12/13/19. |
