| Details: | 01/02/2020 - I advised the operator to go ahead and collect the 3 repeat samples from the distribution system and one Triggered sample from the source (well). The operator informed me that the samples were collected earlier today. No corrective action taken prior to collecting repeats. Samples collected according to their coliform sampling plan: - One at the site of the original positive Total Coliform routine sample, - One within five (5) connections upstream from the site that tested positive, - One within five (5) connections downstream from the site that tested positive, and - One TG sample at the source. |
