Details: An alert due to presence of coliform in 5/29/19 result would have been responded to by state DWS as at that time the system was designated as surface water. Coos Health did not receive an alert notification. Presumably the transition to surface water to ground water occurred after both the 5/10/19 DH visit and the 5/29/19 sample results.
