| Details: | North Bay Side Estates operates a private community water treatment facility serving 22 connections approximately 1 mile south of the McCullough bridge in the Glasgow community east of the city of North Bend Oregon. Water supply comes from well #COOS 1582. Recent positive coliform test results required a recent site visit and system evaluation to identify potential causes for the positive test results.3-28-18 – A site visit was conducted by Will Dawson to perform a system evaluation. 1. The facility had installed new chlorine injection equipment earlier this year 2. The pump for the north system had been running continuously and at the time of the site visit, they were in the process of identifying any leaks. Upon a follow-up call, the leak had been identified and repaired. 3. Assistance with Coliform testing and OHA requirements was provided. The technical memo will be prepared and submitted on 4-12-18 |
