| Details: | SUMMARY: + Total coliform routine and repeat samples collected December 2005 DETAILS: I received an alert for an MCL violation for December 2005. I could not reach the owners due to the holiday and spoke instead with the mainenance supervisor, Lynn Aikman. Lynn said Randy Reitz with Oregon Water Services was on-site yesterday to shock chlorinate the system. Lynn did not state a reason for the contamination. I faxed Lynn the public notice template and instructed him to fax a completed copy back to me to get credit for posting. I also instructed him to collect the required 5 routines for January 2006. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of five routines in January 2006 and copy of public notice. | ||
