| Details: | SUMMARY: Asbestos Monitoring Reduction Granted DETAILS: Bill called 12/23/05 (and e-mailed 12/23/05 and 12/27/05) to request an asbestos monitoring reduction based on their removal of all Asbestos pipe within the distribution system as of June 30th 2004. Based on the removal of the AC pipe in June of 2004 and last results from 02/23/93 of 0.19 MFL (well below the 7 MFL MCL), TWVD no longer needs to sample for asbestos. I e-mailed Bill my response on 01/09/06. ACTION NEEDED: TVWD is no longer required to monitor for asbestos in the distribution system. | ||
