| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive TC RT sample collected 12/28/2005 and repeat collected 1/4/2006 DETAILS: I received notice from Janet Howard at Delta Environmental Services that Fish Mill Lodges had one out of the required five routines positive for total coliform and negative for e. coli collected on 12/28/2005 (positive at cabin #8). Janet then faxed the result of their four repeats collected 1/4/2006 of which one was positive for total coliform (collected from Cabin #11). I spoke with Judy today - see contact report dated 01/09/06 for more details. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of five routines for January. Notify the County of the situation. Provide additional assistance if requested. Follow-up with a compliance schedule letter if January routines are not absent. | ||
