I called, but no answer, so I left a message: Collect 4 repeat samples asap, with one of repeats at original (+) location. Contact Portland office phone duty person for further instructions as needed asap. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect 4 repeats, and contact DWP as needed for further assistance. Future phone duty person may need to contact PWS to discuss further.
