Details: SUMMARY: Reviewed water system master plan with city staff and consulting engineer. DETAILS: Met with Jerry Breazeale, City Manager, Keith White, Public Works Director, and Brad Baird, consulting engineer, to review water system master plan and proposed solution to the Nitrate problem. The master plan recommends that alluvial wells be drilled near the Columbia River to intercept water similar to the Boardman collection structure.
