| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly sampling required for ethylene dibromide and dibromochloropropane DETAILS: Operator states she sampled for ethylene dibromide and dibromochloropropane in second quarter but there was an equipment failure and the lab stated the results were invalid. She states a thrid quarter test was completed - results are not posted on SDWIS as of today. She states she did public notice for exceeding ethylene dibromide MCL as required and sent a copy of the PN to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly sampling for ethylene dibromide and dibromochloropropane in September and December 2003. | ||
