| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review 46-2002 Final Approval DETAILS: With regard to the new well serving the Willow Wind Community Learning Center in Jackson County, we have received a copy of the well report and sketches and photographs of the wellhead and plumbing layout. Other plan review items were previously submitted. Final approval is granted for the use of this well. As per our earlier conversation, we will list this well on our inventory as well 2 (new) and show it as the permanent source for this facility. Well 1 will be listed as an inactive source. ACTION NEEDED: Your routine water sampling requirements do not change. I would remind you that this year marks the beginning of the new 3 year compliance period during which chemical testing (IOCs, VOCs, and SOCs) of the well water must be conducted.
