| Details: | Ms. Jordan telephoned me to say that she located the hard copies of the water system survey and corresponding letter that were sent to her on 11-25-2019. I discussed the deficiencies noted during the survey and reminded her that all deficiencies must be corrected or there must be an approved corrective action plan in place by March 30, 2020. | ||
