| Details: | Spoke with Vince Richards over the telephone, and spoke with the water operators, Joni and Randy Chandler, at the water system pumphouse. They feel the cause may be from a malfunctioning pump on the chlorination system, and recent precipitation. The routine water sample was taken by an employee of Box R Labs. It will be under the discretion of Mr. Richards to who will conduct the repeat sampling. The water system is to take and report the following water samples: -3 Repeat Total Coliform samples within 24 hours of a TC+ Routine Sample to be reported 01/07/2020 - 01/17/2020 at DIST-A -2 Triggered Source Assessment sample(s) to be taken and reported 01/06/2020 - 01/17/2020 1 at SRC-BA - WELL #2 - EAST 1 at SRC-BB - WELL #3 - SOUTH It is recommended that the water operators make sure the chlorination system is fully operational and flush the distribution system. 1/10/2020: Consulted with Water Operators and they were able to get the chlorination system fully operational. The repeat water samples and triggered source samples is scheduled to occur later in the day by Box R Labs. 1/13/2020: Water operator left a message stating the repeat samples were TCR negative. |
