Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate MCL exceeded. DETAILS: OSDA sent letter to firm in Mar. for MCL nitrate. Firm sampled again in April and MCL exceeded again 16mg/1. Dee has been in contact with Culligan, to make repairs to nitrate treatment. A valve was stuck and nitrate accumulated in tank and the tank did not flush out. One tank was out of water. The handles have been taken off the valves, to prevent any further tampering. Further samples have been taken. OSDA did not received alerts and therefore did not respond. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice not posted. Problem has been repaired and samples have been taken and will be sent Drinking Water.
