| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding follow up test after 15ppm nitrate results. DETAILS: Year results for nitrate were over MCL (15ppm). Operator sent results in to State but has not hit SIDWIS and I have not been notified of the Alert. ACTION NEEDED: Water System is shut down for the year and will probably not come back on line until Apr 2006. The water system will test for and get the results of Nitrate before placing the water system on line. Jim said he would be in touch with our office with the results before placing the system on line. | ||
