| Details: | Administrator for this system contacted me with the lasted test results. He explains that over the holiday vacation, the maintenance staff flushed this well several times in an effort to rid the toluene content from the well water. It is surmised that when the pump was replaced a non NSF electrical tape was used. This facility will continue with flushing as a corrective action. This system will remain on a quarterly sampling schedule until further notice. | ||
