| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform MCL DETAILS: Joseph Federico called regarding a total coliform routine sample taken 01/13/06 followed by 3 total coliform positive repeat samples (out of 4 repeats) taken 01/19/06. Since this is an MCL violation, they would need to do a public notice. Joseph instructed them to shock chlorinate the well and take more repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: System to shock chlorinate well and take more repeats, and issue public notice for MCL violation. Based upon a history of coliform positive results, continuous chlorination may be required. | ||
