Details: SUMMARY: Monthly test taken 12/6/05 positive TC. DETAILS: I called Donna to ask about the positive TC from December 2005. Four repeats were taken 12/20/05 and were absent for coliform. I reminded her to take five routine samples in January 2006. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time.
