| Details: | SUMMARY: 2005 nitrate exceeds half the MCL. DETAILS: I called Joan to let her know I put this system on quarterly NO3 testing since their 2005 test exceeds half the MCL. I told her to just do the nitrate test when they do their quarterly coliform test and make sure the results get to DHS-DWP. Well monitor it for a year and see how it goes. NOTE: CHEMICAL ALERT WAS NEVER RECEIVED BY THIS OFFICE FROM DHS-DWP! INFO ON ALERT WAS DISCOVERED ONSDWIS THIS DATE. ACTION NEEDED: Chemical Monitoring Schedule form completed this date and sent to DHS-DWP. | ||
