| Details: | SUMMARY: I left message to remind operator to test for nitrates in 2005. DETAILS: Jim called in and had already sent in the results to DHS but no information is in the SIDWIS. Jim was surprised that I had not contacted him since the test result was 15 ppm, well over the 10ppm MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Resample the Heritage Landing well before using water. Send results to DHS. | ||
