Details:	Today phone contact was made with the operator in regards to their most recent nitrate test results that exceeded half the MCL. Owner is aware of the test results. It was discussed that the operator continue taking annual nitrate test during the fourth quarter as this is when it appears that the results are the highest during the year as the firm has been on quarterly nitrate previously.
