| Details: | Annette contacted Lonny through emails and this was Lonny's response: The problem happened when we had the major storm in Dec. A tree that had been growing on a water line uprooted taking the water line with it. And of course the water line broke causing a huge demand on water. To add to the problem, it looks like the power went off at the water plant causing the pumps to not work. Thus we had a lot of water flow into the tank without the correct amount of soda ash being applied. This took a few days to correct. We are doing fine now. Lonny |
