| Details: | Repeat coliform positive sample at source and distribution. Three positive coliform source samples in one year. State Drinking Water Services has provided a letter for the water system to install residual chlorine maintenance within six months. Local Sanitarian will conduct Level 2 Investigation,(second one this year). Operator will shock chlorinate system and return to monthly sampling. School does not provide food service, and is closed for the summer. |
