| Details: | Contacted operator about taking samples for coliform. Also reminded that nitrate was not collected in 2019. Missed 2 quarterly samples in 2019 for coliform. Advised to take a coliform sample in Jan 2020 and also sometime in the 1st quarter of 2020 to avoid being placed on monthly coliform sampling. Had to leave the info as a voice mail (again). Just a note - Peggy's is not operating, however it was surveyed last year and operator wished it to remain active. The other contact was regarding significant deficiency follow-up. Operator needs to complete Ops and Maint Manual, and ERP. |
