| Details: | SUMMARY: Water line break, low storage levels DETAILS: Bob called to inform me that a 4 inch line broke at 12:30 AM on 12-3-05 and the reservoir level dropped very low, however, pressure was maintained at a min of 28 psi and no customers lost water.supply. Glen Crosen responded within 30 minutes to the alarm and isolated the line. WTP continued to produce water. Chlorine was increased to 1.6 to 1.8 mg/L leaving the WTP. Operator will collect 4 bactis on 12-7.. ACTION NEEDED: Get bacti results and re-evaluate. If OK no further action. | ||
