Details:	Warren Felton called regarding possibility of monitoring arsenic on a quarterly basis to a less frequent basis. I discussed this with DWS and then directed Warren to change to annual monitoring to assure the reliability of results. (Perhaps through 2022 with results staying below the MCL would make sense). Warren reiterated that the MCL violation was a pre-treatment sample and the samples since then have followed the green sand filter and results have been below the MCL. At this point he also is considering taking another pre-treatment arsenic in conjunction with a post-treatment arsenic for comparison and mark as specials.
