| Details: | SUMMARY: ERP - On site consultation DETAILS: I discussed the ERP with Alan. He purchased the store after the ERP packets were mailed out and was not familiar with the ERP concept. I left a copy of the ERP model for him to use to develop his ERP. ACTION NEEDED: Alan plans to upgrade water system to include holding tank, water treatment, well head improvement, and a secure store building. Complete upgrade ( after discussing with Scott Curry ) and complete ERP. | ||
