| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform Sample DETAILS: Ron called to report positive coliform sample on 10/03/05 from the OS/Bldg adjacent to the church. He has not yet taken four repeats. I suggested taking the four repeats as soon as possible. If all samples come negative to follow up with the five routines in the next calendar month. Ron will collect samples and take samples to the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the four repeats. | ||
